I'm making a four tiered halloween themed wedding cake that is topsy turvy. I have only done topsy turvy once and it was a smaller cake. I have done plenty of tiered cakes and haven't had any problems yet (knock on wood) But I was just wondering if anyone had any good tips for building a brick house of a cake. I don't want any chance of this thing going anywhere.
