I am looking for a recipe to make mini sugar cones. Kinda like a drumstick ice cream cone. But I want about half that size. Anyone have any ideas?

aren't they roselles or pizzelles? oslt...made on a special iron

"Joy" is a brand of mini ice cream cones (sample size) available at Wal-Mart, but hey're wafer cones, not sugar.
