I was just wondering, the recipe calls for 1/2 C of cream, is that just regular table cream or heavy cream?
Well I used heavy whipping cream and mine didn't turn out. So maybe that could be it. I really think it was more because I quartered the recipe, and I think I messed up somewhere. I still need to try it again.
I made Lindy Smith's fondant (it's very similar to MFF) and it turned out great.
