Hi all,
My client wants a Henessey 3d bottle cake for her husbands B'day party and I have NO clue how to go about it doing it icon_cry.gif I have never attempted any bottle cakes before....so I'm kinda nervous!

Any idea how should I go about doing it???

I have found this pic online...and this would be my inspiration.

Hi, Im not an expert but I would do the bottom part cake and the neck out of rice krispie treats. They are really easy to mold so dont be afraid to use them. I imagine you will be covering with fondant? If you are you can sprai it with a light brown then a gold shimmer on top to make a really cool realistic effect, if you have an airbrush to use. If not you can paint it like it was done in the pic. HTH.

That's what I was thinking...doing the top with RKT and bottom the cake. What size cake should I use...8" and 6" or all 8"?
