Hi, my husbands birthday is coming up and I am making him a blue bulls rugby jersey cake as he is a big fan ( we live in south africa) He says he wants it to be made out of carrot cake but I have not made carrot cake before and I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe and what icing do you use under the fondant?
