I was always told fondant covered cakes should not be put in frig. Ive been watching cake shows lately and I noticed that they put their finished cakes in the frig until they delivered them. One of the bakers commented "We need to get it in the frig so it can get good and cold before we deliver it"

What do you thing about this?!?

I refrigerate my cakes all the time with no problems.
