lol I was trying to figure out if you were serious too...I don't doubt you are passionate about cakes, but this sounds like something more for the rants and raves section of craigslist...not cake disasters. The things that offend people these days...we'd all have to be silent to never do that.

Sorry you had to have surgery and I'm glad you're feeling better! But maybe (and I'm making excuses for you here! 
) the pain medication you were on made you feel goofy the day you wrote this!

First of all, I loved it when I saw someone using that word to describe people who don't make cake. I laughed out loud and tried to make my husband understand. He just looked at me with a shifty pig eye. Waaaay too sensative sweet heart. Laugh a little. No one thinks there better than anyone here, we just are enjoying the community of fellow cake wizards.
I also love " I NO MAKE SHEEEET CAKES!" I want a bumber sticker.
