Hello fellow bakers,
This is my first time on Cake Central.
I have enjoyed baking for ages now, although i have not tried any fancie decorating yet. Imagine my horror when my best friend asked me to make a wedding cake for her, she didnt stop scaring me there either . . . . she wants a tilted cake, 3 layers, each layer a diferent flaver (a chocolate layer and lemon one have been requested). Thankfully i do have a year to practice.
I have seen cake centrals "how to make a whimsical tilted cake" instructions and think i understand enough to make a first attempt. although i would like to know if you deconstruct the cake before slicing, how do you do this as it will be decorated and the top layer sits inside the lower one so its standing on a flat surface using this method.
Can any one offer any advice they think i could use, mostly i need help deciding what recipes to use but will consider any tips you have to offer.

PLEASE HELP ME!

I'm going to give you a bump because I was curious about what the best recipe is to use. I want to try a tilted cake, too.
