I am delivering my first weeding cake this Saturday. It's 4 tiered and I'm using SPS (thanks Leah, great find). How can I transport it?

I use SPS also.. Always assembled. I go to a storage facility and buy a new box that the cake can slide into. Cut the front flap once you get there and slide the cake right out.

Do you cover the cake with anything?

I would cover the box with plastic and use some"gripping" liner.

That is exactly what I do! Cover the top of the box with plastic.
