I suggested a juke box draped in hawiian flowers, but she wasn't crazy about that idea. She did mention something about a guitar. It's going to be for a 1/4 sheet cake (roughly 9x13) She is going to be back Monday to see what ideas I've come up with. So far I've got nothing. Any suggestions would be appericated. Pictures would be even better. TIA

How about a '57 Chevy painted up with hawaiian flowers? You could use a pattern kind of like this:
