Buttercream Alternative For Cupcakes?

Hi there! Im kinda new to the world of cake making having started to make birthday cakes for friends and family, I now wnat to makes some lovely looking cupcakes!

I just want to know if there is an alternative icing to buttercream? I do not like the taste of butter cream but would like to know if there is another icing method that can be worked in the same way?

If you are looking for something easy you could try Frostin Pride, pastry pride , or Rich's Bettercream.. They are sold in the refrigerator section of Sam's club, Smart and Final and some cake supply stores. (Not sure where you live so not sure where you might find them in your area)

Then there is SMBC (Swiss meringue buttercream) and IMBC ( Italian Meringue buttercream) and those recipes can be found on here in the recipe section..

I use whipped chocolate ganached a lot of times instead of chocolate BC-you can also use white chocolate ganache. I would only use these on cupcakes though.
