Hi guys Im wondering if someone could help me. I have made several box cakes before and they have came out just fine. However for a birthday this Friday I started to bake my cake last night ( just in case something goes wrong I wanted to have time to fix it, and boy am I glad) anyhow.. I used the Betty C cake mix made the mixture put it in the over or about 40mins as per the instruction.. after 40 mins turned off the oven still left it in the oven for another 10mins or so when I took the cake out of the pan the cake mixture started to pour out like water the inside was not bake.. well im on my fifth try.. and its still the same.. I even thought my over was not working properly went to my friends,, and its still over pouring and not baking in the middle could someone please help me and tell me what Im doing wrong.. am overloading the pan with too much mixture..

Is your batter super cold? Do you keep opening the oven? Is the temperature right?
