How long can I leave cut up flowers of fondant out in a dry temprature place? Do I have to refregirate them? I am making cupcakes with icing and flowers made of fondant, but I have started cutting some out so I can have everything ready by Friday and set up the cupcakes. This is for a babyshower and the shower is on Saturday. icon_smile.gif

Fondant flowers shouldn't be refrigerated. You can keep them forever! Just keep them in a dark place as the color will fade.

No you shouldn't refridgerate 'em. The cold air makes them sweat when you take them out, which will make them soft. So, I would leave them out to air dry and they'll be fine. I'm not sure if theres a time frame for how long to leave them out, but I know they'll be fine til Saturday. I just cut and made flowers last night for a party Sunday out of MMF and they'll be fine for that long too. I do that alot! Hope this helps, good luck!
