I was told there is a listing of all the home-based baking states in the US on this site, but I can't seem to locate it...can anyone help?

Hi there! It's a sticky located at the top of the Cake Business Form. Here's the link! You just have to download the file and you'll have the info as far as the person who put it together knows. (Some states are a bit incomplete). But it was so nice of KelleyM to compile it for us!
