I was wondering,
whats the smallest topsy turvy cake that is feasible??

I ask because I need to make a cake this week (its for friday night)
to feed at the most 35 people.
I would be ok with having some leftovers but not a crazy amount. Everyone is on a diet so I really don't want to have cake sitting around for a week afterwards.

What a 6" and a 9"? Party servings would yield 36 (before you carve). Wedding size would yield 44 (before you carve). Plus you said you just need 35 at the most. And some slices will be a lot bigger than a wedding slice just because they will be taller.

Just my thoughts. Hope you get the answer you need!
