I need my cake to cool asap so that I can cover it in fondant... I dont have a fan... I was thinking about the fridge but then thought it might mess the tiny square cake up... What can I do??? I need to finish it like yesterday... icon_smile.gif

The only thing I can think of is torting it. When I've torted cakes, I've done it when they are right out of the oven, when I level them. You will have 4 thin layer but they cool faster. Sorry I'm not much helP! GOod lucK!
