Hi! Happy 4th to all!
I am making Pavlova (meringue based dessert) and the recipe calls for "superfine" sugar - I can't find it anywhere.
Is there a substitute for it?

you can make your own by putting granulated sugar in a spice grinder or food processor and grind it until powdery.
