I registered for my EIN and my sales tax ID, I have an inspection scheduled with the dept of Ag. next Wednesday. I'm signed up to take my certified food manager class/test. According to the FL dept of agriculture's website (so far as I can tell), I think that I've done everything that I need to but I feel like I'm missing something...don't I need a 'license'? What am I missing?
