i'm ready to get started on my website and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about getting started or where to go. prices, etc.

I use pair Networks (www.pair.com). GoDaddy is also a good site. As for prices, I pay $5.95 a month, but I've had my site for almost ten years now, so I don't know what current prices are.

Godaddy.com is so cheap and super easy if you get website tonight. You pay $1.99 for the domain name, and you get the website tonight for free, as well 1 or 2 email accounts for free. I made the mistake of buying both, but got a refund. You pay the $1.99, then it gives you the free offer. It's very user friendly. HTH

I also recommend godaddy! they are very helpful if you need to call them.

I have yahoo and it's 13.95 mo with tons of emails unlimited storage and lots of templates if you need them.
