Help! Cakes Overflowing

Hi,
I have 2 chocolate cake sinthe oven as we speak and it's been 15 nins and i can smell it burning. I think i may have put too much batter in the pan.

What will be the outcome? will it still be good? help me first paid cake

what temp did you bake at. After they are done, if you have a small hump in your cake, you can cut it and do a taste test with that strap. The bottom may just be burned. If so, cut the bottom of like you do to level the top. some bakers do this anyway because they feel like that's where all the grease and flour settles.

they may take a little longer to bake, but they will turn out fine. keep a close eye on them. i've had this happen and then i overcooked them.
