So I have tried and tried but can not find a pear flavor that I am really committed to...

Anyone else have a supplier or can suggest where to get a great quality flavor?

There are soo many threads about this how about we list where we have had the best luck getting them from?

Thanks,
Katie

Have you tried lorann oils. I don't know if they make a pear flavor. What do you flavor with the pear flavor? I have never thought to use pear before. Is it good? I only use the Wedding Bouquet flavoring that Sugarshack uses in her icing. I also use it in my cake batter. Mostly white cakes(wedding). It's very good.

hi again katie, lol,
i seem to have a nose for any "pear posts" that pop up icon_lol.gif
tracylh just posted a discount available to cc members at spices, ect. and i went on there to check it out and they have pear flavoring!

i wish lorann had pear, but they do not.

so far, i've found it at amoretti, bickford, and now spices, etc.

Hey Ladies...

Look out for the pear lovers.

I did get some amoretti pear extract as a sample from them I havent tried it yet.

I made some pear cakes and always get the same reaction.. not enough.

I have to look for the spices thread! Thanks!

hey katie,
when you try the amoretti, i'd use more than 1 1/2 teaspoons...that is what i used and i wanted more flavor.
