I am making a 2 layer 8 inch round cake. I am planning on cutting slices so they are flat, not triangles. How many will that serve?

Thanks!

if you want to go by the wilton serving sizes , check out their site or in the back of any of their yearbooks for all serving amount questions...it will also instruct you how to cut it to get that amount of servings.

if you want to go by earlenes serving sizes, like many of us here do, (larger), then check out "earlenescakes.com" for that info and also cutting guide.

almost all basic info such as this can be found on the internet or in your cake books you probably have sitting close by...that way you don't have to wait on someone else to take their time answering you on here...i'm an instant gratification kind of girl!!! icon_biggrin.gif

btw: i'm also in tennessee...where are you located?
