I use Satin Ice. Can it be refridgerated after a cake is decorated or will it sweat? My Wilton Instructor told me to not put fondant covered cakes or decorations in the fridge, but on all the cake shows on tv thier cakes are always chilled. Suggestions? icon_smile.gif

I don't use Satin Ice, I make the MFF, but I always refrigerate my cakes. I just feel weird about not refrigerating my cakes. Take it out about 2 hours before it's to be served and just don't touch it. It'll have some condensation but it should be fine.
