I am so excited I passed my home inspection today, got all my paperwork done and insurance. Also filed as a LLC. INTERESTING DAY!!!, thanks to everyone that helped answer my questions through this process.

Congrats!!! I paid my fee but I am still waiting for my inspection. Could you tell me what was involved with your home inspection? I'm sure it varies state to state but I have no idea what to expect

She really just checked my kitchen with her flashlight to make sure it was clean, checked my fridge for a thermometer, and cleaning supplies. Also I had to have a separate cabnet for all my cake supplies. She was really nice, didn't come in with the attitude of not passing me. Also no animals can be in the house. Good luck with your inspection!

Thanks! I have two large dogs so they will have to go outside it looks like. I don't allow them in the kitchen when I am baking anyways. Fingers crossed my inspection goes as well as yours
