I usually make Antonia74 cookie/royal icing but it makes quite a bit.I need royal icing to glue a fondant bow together so I don't need a full batch.Does anyone have a recipe that will make a smaller amount?

Thanks

Melty is either too much water or not mixed long enough. I always start low on the water anyway, since the humidity here plays into it.

If the icing feels thick but melts down or doesn't hold it's shape it needs to be beat longer.
