Hi all,
I have been wanting to try and make my own chocolate cigarellos for some cakes and cupcakes. I know there is a post on here on how to make them, but my question is...is there an alternate method that doesn't use the acetate? Would parchment paper work as well? Or maybe is there an alternate method all together?
My other question is, is the chocolate any special kind? Can I just use the wilton melting wafers? Is there anything added to the chocolate?
Thanks!!

Hi, I haven't made them. But I know that you need to use chocolate couverture like callebaut.

Here is a video on making chocolate scrolls. And its in two parts. Don't know whether it will be any help at all.
