I am not sure what type of 'bustier cake' you are looking for, but made a bustier cake, i did not use a heart shape pan though. i just used the half sheet pan.
I made a cut out ahead of time with poster board. when the cake was done being cooled, filled and crumb coated, i placed the cut out on top and carved away. I got a lot of compliments on it. It is the only picture i have on cc.
For the boobs, used wilton's 4" cake pans filled 3/4 with cake batter I used the dome for the boobs.
