OMG. My suggestion for you would be to make several different cakes, a roulette wheel, blackjack table, slot machine, etc. and put them all together in a really nice presentation? I would never be brave enough to do something like this! Good luck!

I would make a presentation of a couple of "casino themed" cakes to have for a beautiful display and then have the rest of the cutting cakes as the sheet cakes. Good Luck! princess.gif

We did a wedding for 1000 one time at the bakery and that was huge....we had to rent a special truck to deliver it!.....can't imagine cake for 2000. Thats a big undertaking. Will look forward to seeing the results.

I think you are going to have to change your name after this one! icon_biggrin.gif

A big question is how many helpers are you going to need.....

Wowzers is that ever going to be cool! That is a huge undertaking-don't forget to have fun! I love the idea about a few themed cakes of certian games to make a grand presentation and then sheetcakes in the back. I really like casino themed cakes but we have seen quite a few of them now so don't over look the Casino's Bilboard entrance. If it is huge and grand with lots of interest then you could incorperate that into one of the bigger themed cakes. I think casino owners have a certian status with their casino names and grand entry and would love to theirs made into the grandest cake. KWIM?
