I have been making my raspberry cake using raspberry jam, and am wondering if anyone has tried using raspberry jam in the wasc recipe? The variations I have seen for berry flavors with wasc involve using berries and their juice, not a jam. Just wondering if anyone has tried. I like the recipe I am using now, but I would like the cake to be a little denser.
