I have a customer that wants a cake for June 30th but the problem is I won't be in town to do it. I have a couple of questions that I hope that you all can help.
Can I freeze a decorated cake? If possible then...
What design elements would you suggest, such as colors I already know to stay away from darks so that they won't bleed?
What type of icing should I use to frost it/decorate it?
Oh this is for a wedding anniversary I believe it's their 37th
