Hey..
Using this Satin Ice fondant for the 1st time. Planning to cover & decorate with fondant & then refrigerate the cake for couple of days before party day. Should I wrap/cover it with foil/plastic wrap after fondant cover or just keep it open?...

I've refrigerated a fully decorated cake for a day. I just covered it in plastic wrap. I also used Satin Ice.
