My niece has requested a strawberry cake for her birthday cake this year. I did one last year that was all from scratch, but I was less then thrilled with it. This year I am looking for something that tastes really good and strawberry, without tasting artificial. I thought maybe a strawberry version of the WASC recipe might work. I am open to other ideas as well. Thank you!
