i have never done cuppies and i havn't done much with choc either. i saw some really cute cupcakes with little coffee mugs and starbucks to go cups that i want to do for a friend next week. her fave cake is a tirimisu cake, coffe flavored cake with a freakin awesome filling and baileys' whipped icing. i was thinking i would bake the cuppies and use a turkey baster to pump in some filling. is that how you guys do it? i don't wanna screw them up. and then for the toppers, since the icing is whipped cream, if i make them out of fondant they will melt, this i know from experience, so i was thinking of making them out of candy melts with a mold. i have stuff to make a mold with. will choc hold up on whipped cream? i can put them on right before seving but i am still unsure. also, should i try a molding choc instead of candy melts?
