I am thinking about making a cupcake bouquet. I was wondering if anyone wanted to share some pointers with me.

here are a few example of questions i have. If you think i have forgot some please feel free to add some.
How do you place them?
what and how do you attach them?
is there a certain consistency of icing to use?

I made a cupcake bouquet this past week end for the first time. I made them like the rose and everyone thought it was a real bouquet roses. Here is the link I found on youtube that explains it perfectly,
