Is it safe to stick the floral wire into cake? Is there a special instruction for it or what? I have always wondered....??

No it is not suggested to stick it directly to the cake since it is not food safe. People usually put it in staws or those coffee stirrers. They then fill the inside with melted chocolate so the wire stays.

Floral wire is NOT food safe... Put the end that is going into the cake into a coffee stirrer or posy pic.
