I found and ordered a cutter for a gerber daisy, how do you make a realistic center?
Thanks!
There is a website with a tutorial on Gerber Daisies. They say that if you don't have a flower center mold, you can use a small amt of yellow gumpaste or fondant, roll it into a small ball and press against a mesh sieve.

I hope this helps!

Lita829, thanks! Love it! I've been using this site for gerberas... I just happened to have the daisy centers. They can be ordered at Global Sugar Art and are something I have found them very versatile. I use them for so many different centers and they range in size tiny to sunflower center size.
