I recently ordered a dvd called flawless fondant and I am eagerly awaiting its arrival to my mailbox

I was wondering if any of you have these dvd's and if so does she suggest a specific rolling pen for the fondant I have 3 huuuge cake orders this weekend and if a new rolling pen will help me with keeping my fondant from sticking I would love to know

I watched a youtube video of a woman that had just got the dvd and she mentioned using a silicone rolling mat .
