Hello, all! I want to brush embroider on a BC cake, and wondered if I should use thinned BC to do it, or if I should pipe the embroidery in RI. Not sure how the BC would act if I try to brush it out. Anyone have suggestions? TIA!

I've seen it done both ways, but the person who did it in BC told me that it was extremely thin, and difficult to work with.

Good Luck!

let your buttercream crust good on your cake.. make an outline of what you are brush embroidering.. use medium consistency icing.. use #3 or 4 tip to outline..... wet brush.. wipe off.. pull your icing down as you how to do.. hth
