I have a wedding cake that I am working on getting 350 servings for. Its only 5 tiers, so I think the bottom is going to need to be a 20" round pan. But, I can't find it on the serving charts at all! The bottom is going to be round, next a petal pan, another round, next a hex, and a round on top. Any ideas on how to make this work? Thanks!

Earlene's chart says a 20" is 145 servings. http://www.earlenescakes.com/ckserchart.htm

Is that pan going to fit in your oven though?

Thanks for the reply! I looked at Earlene's chart and thought that seemed a little low. I normally go by Wilton and it says an 18" serves 146..........so thats why I'm confused! LOL! I plan on using the Fat Daddios half round pan, so it should fit in my oven- I hope!
