Hiya everyone, I just have a quick question before I go to work. I have done a 3 tier wedding cake for saturday and I have been asked to set it up. The cake is a 12 inch fruit cake 2nd and 3rd tiers are dummy cakes (original cakes will be in the kitchen ready cut)

My question is do you set it up on the morning of the wedding or the night before... I have never done this and I am quite nervous!! Any tips would be most welcome

Day of not more than a few hours before the event...this way if you have a cake-tastrophy you have time to fix it!
