I just bought some princess flavouring from a cake supply store. There's no directions on the bottle. Can anyone tell me how much of this to use and whether it should be used for both flavouring the cake and the icing. I'd ask the store if it was close by, but I purchased this while I was travelling away from home and came across the store. I only have a Michaels here that stocks cake supplies, so very limited. I'm also fairly new to cake decorating so I would appreciate any advice.
Can you call the manufacturer directly? Do they have a website that would have some instructions?
