Just starting selling cakes and need help pricing. I just downloaded the matrix but I will need to correct pricing for all ingredients, etc and need to get price to customer by a.m. It is just an 11x15 2 layer with chocolate mousse filling. Doing a royal icing grad cap and fondant diploma. Buttercream outside and border.
to me, it also depends on the market around you. Do you have any idea what a cake like that would sell for elsewhere? Also, how many servings is it?
we are doing the same cake. 11X15 with a pudding filling and a grad cap. all buttercream with school color curling ribbons on the corners. we are getting $100..........
