How can i make a mini apple cake? maybe stacked cupcakes? Would pour icing look smooth? I dont think I want to use fondant. I'm feeling too lazy to make some and stores here only sell wilton.

I'm thinking that you might be abe to make it out of cupcakes. I think you would definitely have to carve it down though. And the icing might pour out smooth, just depending on how smooth your cupcake is after you carve it. Personally, I would do fondant...but I understand why you don't want to. Good luck!
