I'm looking for a recipe that won't get too soft under my fondant covered cake that I plan on just leaving out on my counter (I don't want to refridgerate). I want something that won't get too soft but will also keep my cake moist. I'm afraid that the fridge will make my fondant too soft when I take it out. thanks for the help!
Indydebi's BC is the best. It does not need to be refrigerated and does not get too soft under fondant. You will find her recipe in the Recipe Section on this site. There are several threads that talk about her BC - do a search.
