I found Roland Begian Chocolates for about $5/lb (half price) - white, semisweet (54%), bittersweet (58%), extra dark (64%). I'm not familiar with Roland chocolates, but I have been wanting to do some work with "good" chocolate and just can't afford it. I got two candy molds in my last Spinningleaf order and am thinking about trying truffles. I also have the Kathy Scott petit four molds and "my people" are perfectly happy with Ghiradelli melting bars, but I'm not. That way I don't eat them though, so maybe it is a good thing. icon_smile.gif

If anyone has used Roland chocolates and can tell me anything about the quality, I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Martha
