I was just finishing up a cake and transfering it to the foiled board... i put my huge spatula under it to transfer it and... now its stuck... if i move it the fondant on the carved cake is ripping... what do i do??? I have it in the fridge now hoping that it will harden by the time the lady has to pick it up... but i think I may be losing my brand new spatula... lol...

Is there a cake board between the cake and the foiled board? If so, get either an angled spatula or a pancake turner, dust it with cornstarch, slide it in near the stuck one and gently either lift it up or tilt it to the side to release it...don't slide it in too far or it too may get stuck. Then, repair any fondant damage that may have been done or cover it up with another decorative item.
