It was a phone interview last week and I've been on pins and needles waiting for it to come out. The reporter said, when she sent me the link, that "....it's been picked up all over the place: Entrepreneur, Daylife, etc."

The only chuckle I noticed was that after your cookie samples, it says you were "inundated with an order for nearly $300 worth of cake."
Hee hee that shows that the general public feels that is ALOT of money for cake...but to a baker....that's a decent order...but not huge! Especially to you, Debi, since you cater too...your "per-person" order is usually probably alot bigger than $300.
Anyway that was just my little observation..hee hee....that's really super cool though, how did you get contacted by them anyway? I hope you get alot more business from this! Awesome!

I caught that too and had to laugh. $300 would be great for me because I don't sell my cakes (Texas, you know). Maybe that was when Cater it Simple was just beginning .....

Yeah, I know! It was 2 cakes. Two. Just two. And they weren't even decorated. It took me a grand total of 4 hours to do them!
