Hi

I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find the answer. I would like to try Antonia74's icing but I'm not sure what meringue powder is? I'm based in the UK so I would probably have to get an equivalent. Normally I use Merriwhite to make royal icing, is this the same?

Thanks any help most appreciated, Royal Icing is my nemesis but I'm determined to overcome it!
