Help!!! How Do I Do This"????
Baking By LesGateauxCheri Updated 2 May 2009 , 4:31pm by LesGateauxCheri
I've been asked to do a cookie bouquet for Friday. I am making the letters to spell 'Thank U'. This is for a man in the Army and she wants the letters decorated like the new army camouflage pattern. The old camouflage pattern would be easy because it is curved. But the new pattern is like pixels. Any ideas? Here's a link to the pattern. Any help would be appreciated.

Wow! You got me! Pixels are usually dots, which would take forever, but could be done.
What about edible image of the camo?
I agree, edible image of pattern, but you will need to remove the
the logo probably.
I agree about the edible images. IMHO counting the squares (pixels) and matching square for pixel is just entirely too time consuming especially since she needs it Friday. Though it could be done, I know that I'd probably run out of patience and be completly blurry/crossed eyed by the time I was finished.
Alot of stores that have bakery's in them will sell them to you - Wally world is about $5 a sheet .. just take them a pic of what you want .. Good Luck!
Oh Thank you so much everyone! I just called WalMart, and they can do it for me today. I had no idea they did this. haha. I feel so much better. I'll post pics once I'm done.
Uh-Oh ANOTHER addiction coming on!! hahaha
They turned out great!! Those pixels really look cool!! You did awesome! And thank you so much for sharing back with us!!
BTW: just a FYI .. all you need is a regular printer you just need to buy special cartridges of the edible ink, then buy edible paper ... (but buy a new printer!) Im not too sure all the specifics BUT thats what I DO know
Thanks again! They turned out really neat!
Your cookies came out great! I have used EI once, and it worked great. I will certainly be using them again.
Thanks! I will definitely look into buying a printer! The customer loved it and another one of my coworkers ordered one for Sunday. His brother goes to Iraq Monday. So it will say Come Home Safe.
