Hi CCer's.
When is the best time to take cakes out of the freezer to fill and decorate for tomorrow? And I should leave them wrapped until thawed right?

Thank you!!

I usually take out the day before I need them. Have even taken them out 2 days and decorate one day before they are due.

You can take it out tonight and put it in the fridge with the wrappings on. And take it out from the fridge tomorrow morning at least 1-2 hours before you start decorating, for the cake to come to room temperature.
